My car completely broke down just as my husband, and I were trying to make it to the hospital, before his dad passed away. We called Crossroads Towing, and my husband explained to them we’d need them to leave it at our house, because we’re trying our best to get to the hospital. When she heard that, she said there’s no charge for the tow. I literally cried. I’m from Lexington. But moved to Winchester 2 years ago. I highly suggest living in a small town. I was really beginning to think there just weren’t people who loved thy neighbor anymore. But today, God allowed me to see that His people are still doing His work. I cannot put into words how grateful we are for their kindness today. I was speechless. It’s just rare to find people like that. But I’ll say this, if you can’t find someone like that, be someone like that. THANK YOU CROSSROADS TOWING, and all your staff!!!! I had to choose “great price” because it didn’t have the option to say no charge.

Had a motor blow up while working out of town and needed help getting vehicle on a car hauler to transport 4 hours away. They arrived less than an hour of me calling and were both amazing and very reasonable priced. Highly recommend
