The service was slow. The employees were indifferent to customer's needs. It was a lot of back and forth. Employees didn't seem trustworthy. Some of the employees smelled like marijuana. When I got back in my car it smelled like food. I was there for almost 6 hours for brakes x 4 and new tires x 4. They were supposed to put in sensors for all four tires but forgot. I came to Firestone because of its reputation even though it cost significantly more than other places that I called. I won' t make that mistake again. They did do the work so I gave them a 3

had a great experience at Firestone recently, and I want to give a big shoutout to the team there, especially Julius and Demarco. From the moment I walked in, Julius, the front desk guy, was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options before any work was done. His positive attitude and great customer service really made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Then Demarco, the technician who worked on my tires, did an amazing job—he got everything done quickly and efficiently, and the quality of his work was excellent. You can tell he takes pride in what he does because my car rides perfectly now. Overall, both Julius and Demarco went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I truly appreciate their effort and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back to Firestone thanks to the great service from those two.

We had all 4 tires replaced on my vehicle. Will the manager was extremely helpful. The service was extremely fast and the price was fair. I would recommend Firestone for any tire services. We have been going there for years. I feel valued as a costumer and never feel upsold on repairs when dropping off my vehicles.
