I brought my car in because one of my headlights wasn't working—seemed like an electrical issue. I got there at 9:00 AM. Not only did they spend five hours just trying to find a break in the wire, but then they spent another five hours running a new one.<br><br>And then, a day later, not only did the low beam stop working, but for some reason, the headlight started coming on whenever I turned on my windshield wipers! They also lost the cover for the light bulb. And now the headlight turns on when I open the door. The bulbs themselves aren't even secured properly, even though we had a deal that they would align the headlights properly. Now the beam is pointing all over the place.<br><br>In the end, I was stuck there from 9:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the evening, which made me late for a delivery.<br><br>And you know what? This was a minor issue. I'd hate to see how they'd handle a serious problem. Five hours to find a break in a wire, only to end up replacing the entire thing and wiring it God knows where!<br><br>The final result? I do not recommend them to anyone, because you'll just have to get everything fixed all over again after they're done. How am I even supposed to drive tomorrow?<br><br>And the best part? I had to pay almost 650 bucks for this<br><br>And who knows how much more I'll have to shell out to fix all their mistakes, plus I need to buy a new cover on top of that!
