I've included some before and after photos, because not only was the work quality, but the guys at the shop were so respectful and kept me well informed. They called me when they found more damage, as well as letting me know where they can help save me money. They wer courteous of my budget and even help save me money on my deductible :-) no doubt about it, I'll be bringing my car there from now on! Also I wanted to add, the mechanics there took the spray paint on the grill off by hand to give me a beautiful chrome grill that the previous owner had covered up. They went above and beyond, and I could not be happier

Horribly rude and unprofessional. Went there about 15 years ago to get something out of a car that my friend (passenger) was in, that got towed to their shop and was in an accident. I drove all the way there and 5 grown men got in my face and screamed at me, while the old man cocked his fist like he was going to punch me (a woman). Then the younger guys got chest to chest with me and pushed me out the door. I still think about how I was treated years later.

Let me start by saying that my expectation were surpassed by the amazing staff at Beacon Auto Body. From my first phone call and speaking to Dom and them with Frank the owner. My sons car was struck while he was parked up at college. We live 3 1/2 hours away. What to do? Bring car home ? would need to be towed as whole back bumper was hanging off. Or find a local shop. I took a chance on a shop not knowing ANYTHING about them at all. I got off the phone and felt like i knew them for my whole life. I was put at ease immediately. Their professionalism was top notch. I highly recommend them and the work that was done was amazing. Thank you Thank you
