Shoutout to Ed! He went above and beyond to help me find the right wiper blades for a (new to me) car that has a relatively unusual connection style.<br><br>With some online searches and measurements of the blades on the car we determined that their computer system had incorrect info about my car (which is apparently pretty common with this model car) and he helped me open and test fit multiple blades until we found the right one. Even let me bring them out to the car to test before purchasing to test. Most impressive was that he even helped cobble together an adapter with spare parts for the passenger side blade that didn't come with the correct adapter.<br><br>Sure the store was clean and well stocked, but it was Ed's willingness to help and his resourcefulness that really made a difference compared to my experience at other places. I will definitely be coming back.

Can't say enough good things about Ed at O'Reilly. I had s Super Start battery that was just about to go belly up. The 3 year warranty had just expired. Ed looked it up and found that the manufacturer had since expanded the warranty to 4 years, so he was able to provide a new one with a pro-rated warranty. How honest and professional is that! Love to leave reviews like this.
