I had an extremely frustrating experience with JACs Towing. My vehicle was towed from the parking space I pay for at my apartment complex because my parking tag was not hanging from the mirror at the time. Although I do have a valid tag, there was no flexibility or willingness to review the situation.<br>The company does not have a physical office, so you must call and wait for an available driver to come release your car. When I contacted them, I was told I had to pay $220 in cash or $240 by card to retrieve my vehicle. This created significant financial stress and felt excessive given the circumstances. The process was abrupt, expensive, and offered no reasonable path for resolution.<br>This situation caused unnecessary hardship and disruption to my work schedule. I understand enforcement is part of their business, but the lack of communication, compassion, and discretion made this a very negative experience. I would strongly caution others living in apartment complexes to be aware of how strictly and quickly this company tows vehicles.<br>I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to leave a review. Completely unreasonable pickup hours. They tow 24/7, but you can only pick up 8:30am - 4pm. Ridiculous! If they come after hours, the owner prices guages and charges another $100 and will only take cash! Completely taking advantage of the situation! Those pickup hours are definitely intentional so that the company can charge more because they know you need your car!<br>09/27/25... if your after hours fee is $40, then why were you charging me an extra $100! You are so unethical! Your business hours do not fit a standard 9- 5 job that most people have. You knew exactly what you were doing setting those hours.

Had a problem with my lifted truck and need to get it to the shop. They showed up in great time and went the extra mile to get that big thing up on the flatbed. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks guys
