They are thief's. They stole over $20,000 worth of jewelry out of a vehicle of ours that was towed to their lot without our permission. The car has been left unlocked on their lot. There is visual proof that they went through the bag that contained the jewelry. Sadly they left the vehicle in the back of the lot where there are no cameras, so I doubt we will ever see it again, we are filing a police report,but have little hope anything will come of it.I would highly recommend you use someone else for all of your towing and mechanic needs. These people are not to be trusted.

This company does business with a predatory booting company called ABP and Tipps towing. They towed one of my units on behalf of Tipps towing which was shady. I will ensure my company removes them from our road service vendor listing and uses Chavez or Hunter wrecker in Charlotte, NC. This components just as culpable IMO for predatory towing and booting IMO. Over 9,000 to get equipment they didnt even have for 8 hours. Ridiculous

I strongly dont recommend this tow business. truck was towed from weigh station to their yard. Not sure how but the driver or someone at the tow yard dented my driveshaft to where my truck was inoperable. Tried contacting company was put on hold for 20+ mins each time. Horrible service
