Unfortunately I had to have my car towed several times this last week but J&P Towing took great care of me and my car. Between mechanical and electrical issues it was a lot tondeal with but Vonte called me with any questions and concerns and always made sure I knew when everything was happening. He made a very stressful experience almost care free. I am very grateful for the customer service they've provided me.

I’ve had two great experiences with JP towing, the trucks are insanely clean, they were fast, and a Mr. Allen went above and beyond in helping me actually find out what was wrong with my vehicle. Any person I talked to on the phone was kind, honest, and professional. I feel they have the best prices in Fayetteville and definitely will recommend & use every-time!

I had my service truck towed this morning and this company was excellent! They were called by the dealership roadside assistance. The truck was in a tight spot and the ignition was broke, stuck in park, and the electric parking brake on. The driver came up with a plan to get it from an angle without damaging the truck or my yard.<br>He was able to do in minutes what another tow service had pulled away from. He took pictures before he hooked up and after he dropped it off at the dealership, and texted me to let me know it made it successfully.
