This was through USAA<br><br>This company was dispatched to get my vehicle after a accident. I received updates via text that gave me wait time estimates.<br><br>First text was 45 - 75 minutes. Next was 33 - 63 minutes. Then 3 - 33 minutes. Very understandable times and updates.<br><br>Approximately 45 minutes after the last text update...i got a phone call from the tow company telling me it would be 45 minutes before they might get there. No explanation why. Telling me i can wait or just leave my car keys at the vehicle (which i would never do).<br><br>Not only did i get my time wasted and lied to with the updates...but the company guy that called tried to say the wait time in a weird way. He tried to make it sound like 4 to 5 minutes wait. I had him repeat it and he still tried to make it sound like 4 to 5 minutes.<br><br>I then asked him if he meant 45 minutes...as in almost 1 hour longer to wait...and he paused for a minute and voice changed like he was caught trying to pull some bad crap. He then admitted yes to that wait time of 45 minutes. (Which i would not believe anyway after how they acted already).<br><br>Do not use them.

Absolutely terrible towing company! Wouldn't recommend even if it was in walking distance from an accident site. The older man was really just unhelpful from start to finish. Came up with more problems & questions rather than solutions and answers.Then had the nerve to charge us over $800—$600 of it for the service (and it was within city limits) and $200 for storage. And this was after he took 4-5 calls in front of us after having to wait for him to even show up and gave them all LESS RATES for trips out of the city.<br><br>Update: This is MOST DEFINITELY the correct towing company as there's only ONE og's towing in the spring lake/fayetteville area. I suggest you look into your service and staff and get that together with the right person

Experienced a flat tire in Lumberton while on the way home the early morning after Thanksgiving. Our roadside assistance had OGS Towing Service. Driver was very professional and was able to plug our tire instead of towing us to Walmart. He saved us several hours during a 10 hour trip. Thanks again for the great service so early in the morning in such a remote location.
