Called this towing company for a winch-out service and had a terrible experience. The person on the phone was rude from the start, clearly in a bad mood. At first, they agreed to do the job for $500, but their ETA was 2 hours, which didn’t work for us since we had a load to pick up urgently. I told them I’d check with other services for a faster option. When I called them back shortly after, they doubled the price and had an even worse attitude. Very unprofessional behavior. I found another company farther away that did the job for $650 with no attitude issues. Definitely won’t be using this service again.

Don’t know if ace towing is associated with bergs but they came and grabbed my truck in a jiffy and now my trucks on the way to my mechanic for a reasonable price! Fast and affordable!

20ft boat trailer bearing went out and Bergs came out with a flatbed. Loaded boat onto trailer smoothly and in a timely manner. They brought the boat to our shop of choice and had a great experience. Thank you for getting our family boat off the side of the interstate when Progressive said no one was available.
