Huge thanks to Sandy’s Towing, and especially to their driver Josh for the great service! He was super courteous and careful with my vehicle, even in a really tight garage space that required extra equipment for removal. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, and took his time to make sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated how respectful and professional he was throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend these guys if you ever need a tow!

Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. Tow was arranged through my insurance and was told an ETA, waited an hour past what was given, and called for an update only to be told it had been cancelled. No notification or anything and when I inquired for more info, I was brushed off and rudely told they don't deal with that area and to talk to my insurance company. Now I'm stuck in the dark with a family member with a medical condition because this company is a joke when it comes to doing their job.

The only towing company in Dayton I trust. I work in a shop, so I interact with towing companies all day everyday and Sandy's is consistently good, professional, and has top of the line equipment. I have never once had a gripe about a Sandy's tow, and I can't say that about anyone else I've seen around.<br><br>They are the best, so they stay busy and the wait times can be a little long, but I will wait every single time knowing that my vehicle will be transported safely.
