My car needed to be towed out of a snowy ditch. A policeman stopped and talk to me for a few minutes and then went up a little ways to check on a car in the same position that I was in. That car was getting ready to be towed out and the policeman asked the tow truck driver, if he could back up to where I was and get me out while he was still in the area….and he did. I thanked him and he was just smiling and he told me that he was so happy to do this for me.<br>The funny thing was as the police officer was up with the other car ahead of me,,I was looking in my phone for the phone number of the company I’ve used before and like so much. It was Moormans!

Excellent service and help. I'm so extremely grateful for the help. As an essential personnel I tried to get to work and got stuck in deep snow. I called for towing help and was told the wait would likely be 60-90 minutes, but the tow truck arrived after about 20 minutes, maybe less. I've never been stuck in the snow before and it truly could've been a dire situation. Thank you so much for the help. Beyond grateful!!
