A few weeks ago, I called KOI and inquired about a CATALYTIC CONVERTER fir a 2020 Chevy Trax. I spoke with Matt, who was very helpful. I told him that I would come to him in ywo days when I got paid. I returned to the store two days later and met with Matt, who remembered our conversation about the CC. He was very helpful and caring. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had the right part. Because of Matt, my car is driving smoothly. I would recommend KOI Auto Parts to anyone! Thank you Matt

I have bought a lot of part’s from them but I called about a warranty on a part that’s almost 2 years old and the first thing they say do you have a receipt like no one keeps receipts anymore I called them and talked to the manager he said gotta have a receipt for the warranty so you guy’s have lost my business so good luck I won’t recommend you to anyone anymore I’ll go to Napa auto parts
