Attitude is everything. John gave me quick, exceptional service at a time I was in distress. I had two flat tires so I had to have it towed. I had four dogs in the car and they locked themselves in the car when I shut the door. I walked across the street to an ATM to get some cash when I realized my ATM card was not in my wallet. John the tow truck driver remained polite despite my dilemma. We settled on him unlocking my door for $50 cash that I had in my wallet. When I got inside my car, there was my ATM card and he was able to tow me after all. He worked with me and was friendly with my dogs. Things like that make all the difference when you are in distress. Thank you!
