Worst experience ever. We run a professional repair shop and have purchased many transmissions and engines from this company over the years. Unfortunately, their business practices have completely gone downhill. There is a standard industry core fee that is supposed to be refunded once the core is returned. In our case, this company owes us over $3,000 in core refunds and continues to give us the runaround. Every time we call, we get a different story—and no one will take responsibility or even tell us who’s in charge. It took months just to get the cores picked up, and when they finally did, the delivery driver told us the sales reps handle the core refunds because it affects their commissions. That’s not just unprofessional—it’s completely unacceptable. You’re selling a product with a clear promise, and then making it nearly impossible for customers to get what they’re owed. The cores were picked up, but we still haven’t received the refund. No transparency. No accountability. Just shady practices. We won’t be doing business with them again, and I’d strongly recommend others proceed with caution.
