My experience with them was extremely bad. If I could rate them, I'd give them zero stars. My daughter's car skidded, and the police called for their help. 1- The workers' manner of speaking to us was extremely poor. 2- They needed two towing sfor towing, even though my daughter's car is very small. Way overpriced and the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude, called me condescending when she was the one being condescending (I didn’t call her any names). They only accept cash payment… hmmmm I wonder why. I was also told in order to make a payment I have to make an appointment. Who operates like this?<br><br>Edit: Thank you for the lengthy explanation of how your business operates. Unfortunately, it still doesn’t address the actual issue I raised,the rude, condescending behavior on the phone. Requiring appointments to hand over cash for an involuntary tow is… certainly a creative business model. Maybe if you are nicer towards customers they would be less likely to dispute charges. And calling a second tow of my own vehicle “free” after already charging an excessive amount the first time is truly generous, thank you for that kindness. It’s also interesting how your responses to Google reviews regularly include airing out why someone’s car was towed, as if putting customers’ situations on blast is meant to justify poor service. Using that information against reviewers comes across as unprofessional at best.<br><br>Glad to hear you tow “hundreds of cars a week,” though judging by the reviews, customer service may not be keeping up.

Dealing with Dingman's is like a step back into the not too distant good old day's!<br><br>When's the last you walked into a business or spoke over the phone and it literally felt like their policy is "We will treat humans like humans and as long as they are decent (ie: not looking for a discount or treat local businesses like their the same as Walmart) - we will do everything possible to ensure a win for the customer is a win for us!<br><br>TL:DR<br>Company vehicle towed over the holidays into the New Year's.<br><br>Dingman's could have charged their daily rate, regardle$$ of the 'holiday$'; still would be right here giving them a great review!<br><br>What actually occurred felt like someone knew a something about "empathy"... Already, figured out how to ease the pain but still remain profitable and the bill felt more like a Christmas Story than Nightmare Before Christmas :/<br><br>That's all it takes to get our future service.<br>Guaranteed DINGMAN'S!
