I had an amazing experience at Coastal Collision Center. Jimmy, the owner, went above and beyond to help me with my case from start to finish. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, keeping me updated the entire time. My car was repaired incredibly fast — it was ready within just two weeks — and it looks absolutely brand new! The quality of the work and the level of communication were both outstanding. I can’t thank Jimmy and his team enough for their professionalism and care. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs collision repair done right!

I now know why I am a forever customer. Coastal collision did a perfect job on my first 2 vehicles and when I was faced with another repair job, the crew at CC had my back. They expertly managed the relationship with my insurance company, they got my car done faster than I expected and it looks like new. I am so grateful. I was sent here to get my car fixed after an accident. The owner is a nice guy but the work done on my car was a disaster. After 1 1/2 years the area that was repaired was literally cracking. At first I thought it was just paint until my mechanic told me it was a structural error and whoever repaired it didn't do it right. I reached out to the owner cause he was nice guy the first go round but instead I got the manager Ryan who said he's familiar with the problem because a lot of people has been coming back for the same reason because the mechanic that is now fired did a bunch of faulty work on other cars I wasn't the only one. I informed him that my car is already being fixed is there any way we can come to some type of agreement for Coastal Collision to cover it and he said okay let me call you back after I speak with the owner. He calls me back and said you need to go pick up your car and bring it here. I informed him the car is already being fixed and repaired and he's like well tell them to stop. I let him know I live in Boston and is there going to be a rental for me because that should be covered and he told me I need to be grateful because they could've totaled my car and they saved it. What does that have to do what the problem at hands I have no clue. I asked to speak to the owner and he said yeah and hung up.<br><br>After speaking with the owner I still have to come out of pocket $700 for faulty work that they knew was going on but didn't inform any of the customers whose car was worked on by him. I even tried to compromise with them and say at least give me half and they said no so now I have to through insurance because 8600 was given to them to repair a car that wasn't repair correctly. They didn't try to compensate or help in anyway but to say bring the car back to us. My car is fixed and after that type of faulty work I would never trust them again. Be careful when working with them because this could've ended really bad for me had I not taken immediate action. The fact they knew and didn't say nothing to the customer or have them come in shows me not to trust them. NEVER AGAIN. Ryan shouldn't be a manager if he doesn't know how to speak to customers
