This place is excellent! Would give 10 stars if I could! From the woman answering the phone, to the tow truck driver.... Phenomenal service! Lane (our driver) went above & beyond to help my husband & I. He was polite, professional & efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better driver. If we ever need another tow, we'll definitely go with this company! I highly, highly recommend them.

What a great experience, If having to call for a tow can be. Within an hour, Chip/ Dalton was a super hero. Saturday morning off to start on vacation and we get our 5th wheel and truck stuck in deep loose gravel. Wasn't even a challenge for the equipment he brought. He needs a cape. He was my hero. Very sweet fast professional and extremely experienced.

I was referred to Browns Mill Towing, and I am so glad I was. My experience was the best towing experience I've ever had and at a super reasonable price! My initial phone call was amazing (I wish I knew her name) - she was very understanding, accommodating, and gave me the option to ride with the driver if needed. Lane showed up within 25 minutes and had it strapped in and dropped off within the hour all for $75. Without these guys being so on the ball, my day would have turned out differently! Huge thanks to all of you for saving the day and being so professional!!! I will be recommending you all to everyone!!! Thank you so so so very much! Awesome experience!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
