hi my name is Ronny L Chandler Sr. an i just want to say to you that i thank God for your tow truck Driver Mr. Cody ,i was backing into my Drive way on the resent fallen snow ,an it was more slippery than i thought ,i slid in the ditch ,i knew i could'nt pull out ,i told my wife ,we prayed an i mean out of no where ,this young man drove up an asked me if i needed help i said yes, i told him my name an he told me his name, then he said I'm a tow truck driver this is what i do he said an said i can pull you out with out a problem ,i offered to pay him, he declined the pay ,an i said GOD sent you Cody, GOD BLESS YOU, he thanked me an pulled me out of that ditch like it was nothing ,i thank GOD for him ,he was a Blessing from the Lord an i Recognized it.,I give honor to your company for having such a caring an public service type of man as Cody, Im very grateful to him, God Bless him, you wanna keep a man like him, he helps you stay in your business

I had a very bad experience with getting my truck towed. I had it towed from my home to a dealership for repairs. Before leaving I was sure to secure my gang box and lock it up, giving the lid a tug test and all per usual. I got a call from the dealership later saying that the truck arrived with the lid of the toolbox up and my back glass busted out. The driver put the key on a desk and left without speaking to anyone about it. 5 phone calls to the dispatcher later I finally got a call back from the manager who said he’d go check it out. I also went and looked at a separate time and found the lid open and damaged to the point I can’t close it with the lock there, and the window completely busted out, glass everywhere in the truck. Why did the dealership have to be the one to alert me on this? And I felt like I was being avoided having to chase them down for answers and of course they took no responsibility whatsoever. Never again, a 275 dollar tow + 11.50 card processing fee + a 600 dollar window that I am now on the hook for with no answers only a “I don’t see where we did anything wrong!”
