Mom was in emergency surgery and I broke down on way there. I called this company and paid in advance only for my landrover to be left sideways in the street, unlocked, hood open, left in neutral, and with the ignition on. My battery is completely dead and unable to lock. Terrible customer service!!! I asked him to drop it in the driveway and I was told that it would be extra!!! Stay clear of this type of service!!!

Had a flatter than flat tire, called around getting quotes and almost went with a different company, the lady i spoke to was super friendly and worked with my budget and had a driver out in about a hour, which for a Friday night is very reasonable in my opinion. Gabriel was heaven sent, super nice throughout the whole interaction, went above and beyond, dropped my car exactly where i asked and was quick with the whole process. definitely will keep this company in mind for future emergencies

I was stuck in a parking lot with a dead battery, and 1st Choice Towing San Antonio arrived within 30 minutes of my call. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and he jump-started my car in no time. The best part was that they didn't charge me an arm and a leg like some other towing companies do. I'll definitely keep their number handy for future reference.
