I requested a tow across town for one of my service trucks and was charged $250. I wasn't available at the time for payment and was threatened to have my vehicle impounded and charged double in cash only if not paid within the next 10 minutes. Would never recommend.

Juan was our driver, he was prompt and conveyed an estimate on time and cost which he far exceeded the expectations on both. Also they took our warranty coverage for roadside assistance with no hiccups. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival allowing me time to meet him at the visitor’s center at the military gate. He also was able to maintain the lower end of his quote due to it taking less time to access the car and get on the military installation. All around Elite Towing was amazing as far as speed, communication and delivery of vehicle to the dealership. I’d use as well as recommend them in the future.

These people when in our driveway. The tires was on the pavement and the hood was over the grass. And towed my son's car. Before he even got out of bed. They snuck in stole the car and took it. Then charge him over 313.00 for 3 hours.And still gave him a hard time about his car.
