I highly recommend this towing service<br>Eric and Rob were professional. I was reluctant at first because I was referral by the impound lot referred me. However, I am sooo glad I called them. The wait time was short to me considering I called during San Antoni Rush Hour, 5PM. He made it in an hour. Once Rob the driver arrived he explained the entire process. He explained how the car may drag while loading and unloading becauuse I didn't have the key. Incidentally, it didn't drag to me. I thought sparks were going to fly, but no it didn't hapoen. Rob also parked the car in a very tight spot for me (after I put on my I'm about to cry face). Thank you sooo much Rob! He was Awesome. Going forward this is my towing service. Furthermore, Rob is a safe driver, he drove the speed limit. However he missed signaling once and that was because I flashed him to get in front of me as I knew the lane he needed to be in. I say there is no need to signal a driver that knows that you are coming in their lane. I AM SO USING THIS TOWING SERVUCE FROM NOW ON. Thank you Empire Towing.
