This has been extremely frustrating. On top of it being pretty expensive, we told them about 5 times we have the keys, the vehicle runs and it can be put into neutral. We had an extra engine in the back. When the tow arrived they fiddled around wasting time trying to figure out how to get it moved. We explained again that the vehicle ran and drove and they can put it in neutral. Finally it clicked and they got it on the truck. After it was dropped off that’s when things went south. One of their hydraulic lines blew, which isn’t their fault. But then they kept making it leak more and more as they sat on the phone. The mess got bigger and bigger. We live in an HOA neighborhood and they just left without cleaning it up. They also NEVER sent anyone out to clean it either! I went out and got some sand to try and absorb as much of it out of the road as possible but it was so messy and so much fluid that multiple kids that play on our street slipped in it and got hurt including my daughter who has some pretty bad road rash. It’s getting all over driveways of my neighbors and when I called to ask for them to address this the answer I got was “all I can do is send an email, I’ve never dealt with this before and no one answers on the weekend.” This is ridiculous because even when there are car accidents, fluids get cleaned up immediately. This isn’t a small puddle, it takes up a huge part of our street! I shouldn’t even HAVE to call to hold people accountable and ask them to clean up after their mess. I get things happen but this is a huge liability and zero accountability.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Long story but the tow driver got grease all in my car and the company won’t do anything. The driver speaks only Turkish and dropped off some cleaning supplies on my doorstep that will NOT get the grease out of the felt. I’m so upset. He didn’t even show up with the right tools to change my tire and had to tow my car 1 mile. He never even changed the tire Discount Tire did. So I paid $119 for a 1 mile tow and grease in my Lexus. BEWARE!!!!! So 10-4 towing sent a reply apologizing but I see they DID NOT refund my money or at least a partial refund. I’m a 100% disabled veteran and I cannot afford to just be paying for services not rendered and I’m stuck trying to get the grease out of the interior of my car. Come on people you have to do better with your customer service.

Great service from Isaac in the front office and the driver Raul. They moved my classic Mercedes from San Antonio to Bulverde, TX with great care and attention. I consider the price to be reasonable . They were very responsive. I will definitely use these guys again
