We booked a rotator/crane to offload a modular building from a stepdeck trailer. The operator knocked the unit into the side of the stepdeck while offloading, leading to $3,000+ in repairs to the custom building. I was told by Oscar in dispatch that I would get a call or email back from the supervisor, Jeff, after the operator was interviewed on the incident. Never heard back. Sent 2 more email follow ups with photos and asked if we could file a claim- never got a response. I ended up having to eat the cost. While I understand things happen in our industry, it would have been nice to hear back from them with some sort of resolution.

These folks came and got it done! We needed a container taken off our truck! They set up picked up the container and I was gone to the next load! We did not request a truck with a rotator. The receiver may have needed it for proper positioning. Thanks for getting your guy here ASAP it made a big difference for everyone involved.
