They responded very quickly after contacting them from the Google listing, gave me an immediate quote, and asked questions beforehand to make sure they could do what I needed (a vehicle I don't have keys for requiring a flatbed towed to a driveway with only alley access). Easy upfront payment via zelle, good communication to confirm time frame was acceptable and extension due to weather. It was unfortunately pouring rain before they were done but they quickly placed the vehicle exactly where I needed it. Excellent service, super easy to do everything via text, reasonable price given the circumstances, I will definitely recommend them in the future!

My car shut down (a problem with the battery) I called roadside assistance but they kept transferring me to different lines. I called Eriker towing services and they worked professionally, efficiently and safely. The receptionist was quick, he immediately asked me to identify my location and when I wasn’t able to he came up with a quick solution. Within 3-5 min, my pickup & drop off location was confirmed as well as the payment. I paid $231 but the service was 110% worth it! My driver, Miguel came within 25 minutes and quickly loaded up his tow truck. He safely escorted me to the truck so I can sit in the heated truck! As a woman, I felt very safe with Miguel and this company. When we arrived at my drop off location, he coordinated with my father and dropped my car off! I had a great experience with this company! I know I can count on them for the best communication and service! I would recommend them for everybody in DFW!
