Extremely unprofessional and unsafe experience. On Christmas night around 10:00 PM, this company left my son stranded on the side of the highway in an unsafe situation. The driver was rude, impatient, and refused to give him even 15 minutes to speak with his insurance company for guidance.<br><br>They refused to tow him home and would only agree to tow the vehicle 20 miles, planning to drop both my son and his car at a closed business late at night. There was no concern for safety or basic human decency—only money.<br><br>This company clearly prioritizes profit over people. I would never recommend them to anyone who values safety or professionalism. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

We were stranded on the side of Interstate 20 close to Odessa, TX with a front passenger flat . Our truck rental did not have a jack, making us call for assistance. After 2 hrs speaking with AAA dispatcher. Angel from JSKing Towing called us and came to our rescue within 10 minutes! This young man took care of changing the tire quickly and placed the flat tire in the bed. Thanks to Angel we were able to get to our hotel by 9pm. So appreciate his great service!

My car battery was completely dead, and I needed to get towed to AutoZone to replace it. The driver, Isaac, showed up quick, tried to jump my car, but it had to be towed. He worked fast and was very friendly! Great service!
