I bought a brand new vehicle in September and so far I've been disappointed with the service. They didn't have what I wanted but was willing to find it and make a deal rather than me go to another dealership to buy it. They begged me to stay and make the deal and promised that buying local would be better because then they would be able to provide me with the best customer service. When the truck finally came in it had a scratch on in the interior and since it was brand new they promised they would get that fixed for me. I can't count how many times I've called and been ignored. Told they would call me back and never did. Gone up to talk to someone and they are conveniently not around. Apparently once you buy the vehicle they dont care anymore unlike what they promised.
