We broke down in Wichita Falls coming from Houston. Allen's auto and diesel repair shop was found on Google fast listed as a 24hr mobile mechanic. They were supper fast in getting us taken care of on the spot. Mind u it was like 9 pm at night. They got us towed and fixed the very next morning. Back on the rd and to our job destination. The experience I had with this shop was a complete nightmare. My car stayed at the shop for weeks, only for them to tell me something new was wrong with my car every time I called to check on the status.<br>I was given one quote for a service by the shop foreman, but ultimately billed a much higher price by the shop owner, after the job was completed.<br>I was charged 30% interest on all parts.<br>After spending thousands of dollars with this shop, I picked up my car and drove home to a shop I’m familiar with, only to find out parts were left unassembled.<br><br>Needless to say, they are a complete rip off!

Had a catastrophic issue occur with my Ram Promaster heading to a bike race is Wichita Falls Texas. I let the guys at the shop know what was going on (I thought it was something more severe than it actually was). Despite my suggestion; the were able to deduce what the issue was. They called me to let me know it wasn’t as bad as I thought and they fixed for. Great price. Awesome crew!
