Mickey had to extract my vehicle from a very difficult position. The ball joint had blown, and the front tire was at a bad angle. He took the time to be very careful to get my car into position to be loaded and to load it. I was impressed by how patient and expert he was in doing his work. If he had not taken his time, he could easily have torn off the fender or messed up the bumper, perhaps even caused worse damage As it was, he did a fantastic job! And, you kept me informed on what he was doing every step of the way.

Mickey was FANTASTIC. So kind and friendly. Big smile the whole time. Got the truck loaded up fast and safely to the mechanic. It was in an awkward spot in the driveway but he was able to get it out and loaded up! I’m very appreciative of him definitely recommend him specially. Hopefully I don’t need too many tows but I will be calling him if I do!! Ha

I had my truck break down and had called multiple companies explaining to them I had a trailer hooked up to it. because of the hitch on it alot of companies said they couldn't tow it ogden towing said yes and sent their driver John G to tow it. While it was being towed by John the tire on my truck got popped by the tow truck making a rough day for me worse. Most companies would have said "tough luck" and left me high and dry, but john with ogden towing took it upon himself to not only make it right but make sure I got exactly what I needed to get my truck ready for the road after its repaired, replacing the tires and setting me up with an appointment at a tire shop. If we could have more people like John in this world everyone's bad days would be turned around!
