Can’t begin to say what a great experience working with this shop was! Accidents just suck in general, and after trying to get even just estimates from other shops, we were getting frustrated with the lack of response. This shop was recommended by a co-worker, and after just one call and email, we had an estimate and the work scheduled. They were SO easy to work with, and worked their butts off and got the truck back to us so much quicker than expected, and it looks great! Plus, the staff is SO friendly, helpful and just real. We are so happy we went with this shop. Will use them again and highly recommend.

I will start this review off by saying that I am very particular about my car. I took my car here for a repair to the door. Other reviews were good and they were also the only shop that would get me in relatively quickly since it didn’t require any parts to fix.<br>As far as the paint and body work, I am happy enough with it. However, I cleaned my car inside and out before taking it for the repair and was disappointed with its condition when I picked it up. There were boot prints all over the dash and it was very dusty inside. I also found a door panel to be not installed properly, so it isn’t sitting right on the door. I also had a set of sunshades for the windshield in it when I dropped it off. They are nowhere to be found.<br>I also called a couple of times, once while it was there and once after finding things missing, and my call was never returned. I even left a voicemail both times.<br>Again, as far as the paint and bodywork done, I am happy with it. The disappointment for me is in how dirty it was, the door panel not being put back on right, my sunshades being gone, and phone calls with voicemails never being returned.<br><br>UPDATE: After posting this review my phone call was answered when I called to see when the panel could be fixed. No previous phone calls were ever returned. I received a phone call several hours after I went into the shop to ask about it saying it was done. They fixed the panel and were sure to wipe the car down inside when they were done. Later I found that the windows door lock button on the inside did not work. I had to pull the switch out to plug it in. At that point it wasn’t feasible to take it back for them to fix it as the car was in Indiana at that point. I also have noticed that there is a run in the paint along one of the body lines on the front door. You can’t see it straight on, but you can see it in proper lighting when standing up against the car. The car is now in Indiana, so it is not feasible to have it fixed unfortunately.

We had two of our vehicles worked on by Auto Matrixx. They do great work and are good to work with. We had some questions after our body work was done and they were super with great customer service. They get you in and out fast too.
