Absolutely great service from the dispatcher to the tow truck driver. When my insurance company erroneously canceled the tow truck, (I had hit a deer on 95 and the car was not drivable), the dispatcher called GEICO and straightened it out. I also left my gloves in the tow truck, and not only did Coleman call me to see if the gloves they found were mine, but the driver took the gloves to the body shop where my car was being repaired, so I could pick them up when the repair work was completed. I was very impressed and grateful that he would go to the trouble. Top notch service all around!

Great service. This was one of the locations that GEICO recommended where my son locked his keys in his vehicle. When you locked out for five minutes can be too long. They came within 30 minutes. I am so thankful that they came due to the weather being cold. I will definitely recommend them to others. Miss Lisa was very pleasant polite and helpful. Keep up the great job.
