Absolute disgusting and unprofessional behavior from this terrible company.<br><br>Missed appointment, in which I tried to call in early and provide an explanation as to why I was late and the woman begins to make a bunch of false statements, repeatedly talked over me and proceeds to hang up on me.<br><br>The disgusting lady then decides to call me back completely unwarranted 5-6 minutes later to threaten me that if I showed up she’d call the police under an ASSUMPTION that I would show up. I had zero intent to show up.<br><br>She then tries to force me to make an appointment, and an illegal $70 fee (penal code 46.2-217) on the spot after repeatedly telling her I’m driving and would call back later once I’m home and parked.<br><br>She THEN handed the phone over to a gentleman who tried to man-splain as if I couldn’t articulate her. I called him bro in which he then tried to enforce his feelings, trample my 1st amendment constitutionally protected free speech and threaten to block me and a contact my lean holder to cancel me picking up my items (also illegal).<br><br>Total egregious and disgusting behavior from these public servants. I also reached out to my lean holder and gave them the heads up on these disgusting people trying to enforce their feelings over the law.<br><br>-10 star review. I wouldn’t recommend them if they were the last operating business on earth. Absolute disgusting gaslighting and tried to push a narrative that I was “irate”.<br><br>I know my rights and you people attempted to violate them. Called my lean holder and they agree that what you tried to do is illegal because my free speech hurt their feelings.<br><br>My rights don’t end where your feelings begin. Wicked business.

‼ZERO STARS‼ BEWARE<br><br>I want to share my documented experience so others can make informed decisions. My vehicle was repossessed on November 30, 2025. The very next day I paid my lender in full, and the loan was officially reinstated. I was told the vehicle was authorized for release. However, Auto Savers Towing and Recovery denied release repeatedly, demanded cash-only payment, refused to provide a written itemized invoice, and changed their fee amounts without explanation.<br><br>During one visit, I was told I could not recover my car unless I signed a liability waiver. When I attempted to document the interaction for my own protection, the staff refused service entirely. I had cash in hand and followed every instruction but was still denied release.<br><br>What makes this worse is what happened next: after they were served with legal documents in my civil case, my vehicle was moved—without my knowledge—to an auction yard roughly three hours away. My lender later confirmed this relocation. This occurred despite my loan being reinstated and despite ongoing legal proceedings regarding the release of the vehicle.<br><br>As a 100% disabled Marine Corps veteran, losing access to my only transportation has caused extreme hardship, missed work, financial damage, and emotional stress.<br><br>This review is composed of factual, documented events supported by texts, emails, payment confirmations, and recorded communications.<br><br>The Listed Owners is Divesh Vijay Patel

They will tow your vehicle same day and you'll still have to pay an extra day just to set an appointment to pickup your vehicle.... With ethics like that I wouldn't even use them to tow my car home.
