I was charged $40 for bulk pickup and was told I had to pay for it for while on phone requesting service though I have an account for regular residential pickup. Okay. What is not okay is that you charged me a second time for the same pickup billing me on my regular auto pay residential billing setup. Yeah, the same one you said you couldn't bill me on! Lo and behold you can, but now you owe me $40 for double billing. After talking with your customer service dept their answer is we can send you a check, but it will take 6-8 weeks to process!!! Let's see, you demanded immediate payment for the bulk pickup, but when you make a mistake it takes 6-8 weeks to get my money back while still billing me for my regular monthly residential service!!! WOW! You could have simply credited my credit card for $40. You had no problem charging the $40 on that credit card in the first place. Unbelievable that you can get away with this.

They still haven’t picked up their bin after cancellation almost two months ago (due to more than doubling prices in three years or so). Maybe they just don’t need it anymore with all of the customers they are losing; maybe they have too big of a surplus now! If I call, I know I’ll get the scripted, “It’s on the schedule to be picked up today!” I got that line at least four times now.<br><br>Best decision ever to move to WasteCo—better rates and much better service!

I dont want to even leave them 1 star. GFL changed my pick up day from Tues. To Friday recently. The guys cannot pick my trash up on Friday or Saturday. They have missed 2 weeks completely and it<br>Looks like they are going to miss this week also. I call everyday about my trash.I have paid for this month (Dec) and expect my trash to be picked up. You realize you are not the only trash removal in Lynchburg.
