We have been dealing with Erik and Pete for years. Anytime we have a problem with any of our 3 vehicles, they always advise us on any additional problems. They are courteous and prompt. Thanks to Perry Lewis also for checking everything before our trip. He was very nice and professional.

Sandrof sent my vehicle for a repair to hosing going to the transmission from the transmission cooler and I was told the vehicle was ready, picked it up with transmission fluid still all underneath the hood from the first botched repair and it leaked 2 days later after we picked it up from Deacon's; they charged State Farm over $200.00 for a $3.00 hose clamp. When I reached out with pictures of the leak no resolution was offered. Wish negative stars were an option!

I had my car towed to Deacon over the weekend and it was making sort of a grinding noise and I had no idea. I had to pull over on the side of 460 and I was completely freaking out. I needed my car to go out of town on Monday And Deacon had it ready by 1 PM and it was only slight charge for Reattaching a wheel well cover and I got an oil change and it was less than $100. They could’ve made a lot of money on me because I had no idea what was wrong with it but they treated me right and My daughter’s car is there now getting fixed. I will never take my car anywhere else from now on. They did an amazing, absolutely fabulous job!!!!!
