They have posted prices for towing but somehow those prices didn't apply to me for towing. Otherwise service and communication was good. Oh they also charged my card twice one for $450 and one for the price of towing. I called them immediately and they immediately refunded the 450 back to my card but because it was a Friday I had to wait about 3 days for the bank to process it. Very inconvenient and could have been avoided. Why would you run my card twice? I won't use them again. They seem more preoccupied with their big customers, the police and big rig trucks.
