If i could give more stars i would. I can not say enough about this company. Rodell towing took them over and they are hands down the best towing company in EC. I had a string of unfortunate events and Rodell/Loft came to my rescue. They were prompt and there within 30 minutes. The tow truck operators were kind and very nice, they were helpful and efficient. They took me and my car to the shop and then even gave me a ride to my house a few miles away. The prices are very reasonable. They were the CHEAPEST in EC and i called multiple places to price shop. They are definately my new go to company for towing needs. THANKS FOR BEING THERE WHEN I NEEDED YOU RODELL!

We were stranded just outside of Blair for the second time and we had 4 kids with us our driver was fast getting there. The driver was super nice, very social talked with us the whole time to ease our nerves. He dropped the car off at the dealership and even brought myself and my kids home so I wouldn’t have to wait for my husband to come get us. He went out of his way for us after an extremely stressful situation! Thank you so much for quick service and for being so kind :)

Where do we even begin! In the last month and a half we have used them twice<br>for towing services. The first one was on our wedding day when we got in an accident. The driver was so polite and professional. I know it might not sound like much to some but he apologized for the accident, which he didn’t cause and congratulated us on our wedding. The second tow was for my son who totaled his car. We all work later in the day and they worked with us to get his car. The two gentleman were so helpful, professional and good company while waiting for more help. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service! Thank you guys and you are doing an amazing job!
