I’m from out of town and my vehicle was supposed to have been serviced by a local mechanic who ended up scamming me and left me with a non-running vehicle. I called and spoke with April at Mikkelson Towing (referred to me from Prestige Kia). April was amazing to work with!! Due to the scammer taking all of my money, April listened and sympathized with me so much so that she offered to go get my vehicle from that local mechanic and tow it to Prestige Kia, for free (and within an hour of me calling)! There are still good people out there and April (and Mikkelson Towing) is definitely one of them! I would highly recommend them 1000%. I am so thankful for her kind words, generosity and understanding. It definitely took a lot of stress off of my shoulders knowing that it was towed to a safe(r) place.

Great experience! My daughter was in an accident that totaled her car and they were great! We don’t live close and we had trouble finding time to go back to clean out here car, so they volunteered to take care of it for us and hang on to her stuff until we could get there. Great communication and so amazingly nice!
