Pure disgust with the lack of customer service from this company. Few days ago, I lose control driving down an icy road due to someone in front of me braking on ice which results in my car being in a ditch. Pats were one of the only places available and they got there pretty quick (the only thing they did right in this entire situation). They send good ol Jim out to pull me out of the ditch. I advise Jim upon his arrival that on this icy two lane road (Peace Haven Rd), two on lookers with trucks and the AAA guy couldn’t get me out prior. He completely disregards everything I’m advising in terms of how to pull my car out despite me telling him about the failed attempts. He proceeds to drag me 30+ feet out of the ditch when he could’ve pulled me straight back, across the two lanes, would’ve been every bit of maybe 5-10 feet in the direction my wheels would simply roll out. Upon leaving the scene, $100 later, I get to my destination and notice something hanging under my car. My 2022 Kia Stinger undercarriage is ripped and dragging the ground which I initially thought may have been snow. I contact Pats and they advise me to bring the car in so they can look at it. They could careless in me telling them that I lived in Greensboro. Next day, I inconveniently take a trip back to visit them thinking I would at least get half the money back for the inconvenience and lack of knowledge good ol Jim used to pull me out. Instead they met me with disbelief that the issue occurred during the tow. Offered to do a bullshit patch job as a courtesy and send me on my way. Needless to say, I left there, declined any of the patch work they offered. Won’t be patronizing the business again. For those of you reading, hopefully you don’t have an issue with their services bc if you do, good luck getting them to do the right thing…

I experienced great customer service when I called to schedule for them to help with my vehicle that was stuck in snow and it extended to when they actually came out. He was really professional and did his job patiently. It was not a long wait and it was affordable. I appreciate all of your help and would definitely use your services again. Thank you!

I had an accident and the police officer called this tow truck for help me. I agreed, but he advised me to discuss the price with the driver and pay him directly.<br>I was literally one minute from my house, let's say two minutes, not even a mile away. They charged me $340. I thought it was very expensive, and I found it unacceptable that they didn't give me the price before doing the work so I could decide whether to accept the quote or look for another service. However, I thought it would be a little less because I've been towed before, even in a past accident, and they towed me more than 5 miles and didn't charge me this much. I paid the money because the tow truck had already taken my car to my house. But they've really gone too far with this price. I'm disappointed with this company. (The driver never He dont told me the price beforehand, and I asked him about it several times. He waited until he brought the car to deliver that blow.
