Use any other company if possible, these guys are bad. Lazy, shady on call techs who never answer the phone (unless you don't stop calling over and over they might). I'm so disappointed and let down, they really screwed me and left me hanging. This isn't the first time. From the other reviews here it looks like they're making enough money robbing innocent people that they don't need to do their actual job. Seems like a scam to me...

They towed my car, had to PAY THEM $500 to SELL MY CAR TO THEM, if I did not, I would be charged over $1K pick it up! The vehicle was at their location for almost 2 weeks, but that is still ridiculous!? Who has to pay someone to sell their vehicle? That doesn't even make sense. Just wait till the lawsuit arrives at their door, their lawyer might know the law, mine knows the judge, good luck.

HB towing is assigned for towing the Silverado Creek Apartments, I have called them more than five times yesterday and talked with them to tow an un attended vehicle in my parking spot and they didn’t come. And again tonight from 01:00 am till 02:30am I called them, but no one answered my phone calls.<br>This is a terrible towing company, I would like to give them zero stars, but no choice.
