They had the parts for my vehicle, but they delivered them to the company that ordered the parts when the paperwork clearly said customer will pick up. Cost me an additional 1.5 hours in extra time to go pick up the items to take to my mechanic. That was frustrating but there employees were others pretty nice to work with.

Customer service sucks, they act like they don't care dealing with people and their money. Poor in all them categories. They didn't have any problems taking my money but when I need information about the part, the whole company goes Casper the ghost...

Every time I go to earl's they always have the parts I need in stock, if they have to order any parts you can pick them up in a hour. Prices are reasonable, I won't go anywhere else. The best person to deal with is EARL the owner, all the other male employees have terrible attitudes, try to avoid them!
