Ramone is a lifesaver my partner got stuck on the road his car shut down and wouldn’t start after trying everything I found neu tech online and immediately called him once I heard how he responded i knew he knew what to do, he reached us within 15minutes and started the van. I paid NeuTech $150 to change a tire and the next morning when I woke up I found out that he couldn't even tighten the nuts properly, one fell out on the road, the other ones could be unscrewed without tools. I could have gotten into a terrible accident if I had driven a little more and my tire would have fallen off on the road!!! Very unprofessional!!!

Fast, transparent, knowledgeable and great customer service. Legitimately 24/7 and will actually pickup the phone at 3:00am even for roadside assistance. They have quality coated tools and take extra care not to scratch, gouge or ding. I was stranded in the middle of the night 2 hours from home with a flat tire. Screw in the tread. Instead of putting on the spare (quick solution) the technician repaired the tire on the spot. He was very knowledgeable about my hydraulic suspension system, sensors, and took great care of my rim. They do an amazing job and actually care.
