I want to thank Paul the tow driver that I had in Carterville tonight not only was he delightful modest honest, trustworthy all around hell of a guy, but he was being solicited by another towing company trying to get my his toe and I specifically asked for Metro towing I didn’t know that I was gonna get a guy that gave me advice on the best thing to do has no hesitation taking me to my house And I got to know him that I guarantee I will become his friend because I know that he has a bike that he wants airbrushed and I’m gonna donate my time when it comes to get something done for what he did for me, Paul if you’re reading this, you’re a great man and I’m glad that I met you tonight. I am extremely pleased by the level of professionalism I received from Metro Towing, from start to finish. The text communications were a great touch, and Isiah did a stand-up job getting me taken care of. He was very professional, and he had a lot of hustle in his step. I have a teenager daughter who is driving now, and I am sometimes hesitant about which tow service I might want to use if I am not there with her, but I won't hesitate to call again if any of our family needs service from Metro Towing. We always love and recommend Merto because of what they do for the community, but today after we requested them specifically for help after an accident Isiaha went above and beyond to assist us. He was so kind, patient, Understanding and helpful. I may request him personally next time we need assistance because of his thoughtfulness though I hope to not need to. Metro 5 stars Isiaha 5 stars!
