I took my Volkswagen Passat to them for an inspection, he was honest and forthcoming about what the issue was. He told me what the problem was and what he thought about it. He wasn't trying to sell me repairs that wouldn't work in the long run, he was honest, he's not looking to take your money, he wants to fix the problem and if he can't fix or thinks the fix isn't worth while he'll tell you. I will definitely go back to him.

The owner George is super honest. I work for and HVAC company and we take our vehicles here to get serviced. He quotes us and never pressures us to make the repair. It's always a recommendation, and if there's multiple repairs needed, he'll recommend what to prioritize.<br><br>There was one time that they accidentally cracked one of the rear lights and to be honest, I wouldn't have known but he went ahead and replaced it. This place is owned by a man of integrity and we'll keep bringing our vehicles to him.

What a gem that I didn't even know was around the corner from me! I could hear my front brakes grinding, but I kept putting off repairs being afraid of the price. Also since I had had them replaced twice in the last 3 years somewhere else, I didn't want to be milked for money I didn't have. So I looked online, again, for a new mechanic, this time, one that hopefully had enough good reviews that would tell of excellent work and service. And only 1 stood out from the rest...Molina's Automotive. Tens and tens of 5 solid star reviews caught my eye, and as I began to read the testimonials, I decided to give them a try. I called first and explained what I was told at my dealership when getting an all-point inspection, and Jorge was extremely kind, patient, and really listened to all my concerns and issues. He recommended the first thing I do was to get an oil change even while I waited to come in to see him (great suggestion because I still needed to use my car but I shouldn't put off the oil change). That led me to respect him even more since he was willing to give me some basic info of my vehicle even before I came in. Not many people do this! I got my oil change, and later came in, and he did my brakes and rotors and I felt so at peace leaving my vehicle there. When he later called me with an update, he was so explanatory over the phone in ways I completely understood. It brought so much clarity to things I've been wondering about my vehicle that no other mechanic had ever shared, but confirmed things that I was noticing as a driver. Long story short, I was so happy to pay him the affordable price he charged me because of his kindness, information shared, and just all-around great customer service. Brakes work and sound great, and I feel so much better on the road having a much better understanding of things related to my vehicle. Thank you Jorge of Molina's Automotive.
