Customer reviews of Nugent Auto Sales & Salvage in Maquoketa, IA
4.4 stars based on 50 reviews- DDavid Packard
Called about a door and fender. Told them I need a grey set. (Didn't have the exact color I was looking for.) Had it ready to pick up in a few hours so that was good but I get there and I'm given a black fender and door. The door had no mirror and no interior trim. Told the shop tech who said he would look into it, never saw him again........... MAKE SURE YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE GETTING BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service! Never received parts after being told multiple different days that they would be there. I would not recommend doing business with these people.

Needed a fender and hood. Got both, same color. Outstanding! And pretty good pricing, since shipping alone offline will kill you. Will come here again
