If I can give a negative 0 rating I would . The most awful experience I have ever had to deal with. Not sure exactly who to blame since Mike would answer our calls and was respectful . However, long story short we decided to do business in hopes that things would go smooth (based on “reviews”) and that was a smack in the face. Apparently, after 2 weeks of hell after taking the car they decided it had issues. Wasted everyone’s time. Not here to debate with anyone just simply posting my experience. You can take your own risk doing business this way if you want but nothing about it was professional. Moral of the story I had a bad feeling the minute they picked up the car and that’s what happens when you don’t listen to your gut.
