Just got off the phone with a woman that always seems annoyed with my questions. I have tons of prepared steel, steel stock aluminum stock. Tons literally and she gives me pricing lower than a junkyard gives on garbage steel, much lower. Always curt short and would not break down the price into pounds but was kind enough to tell me how many pounds are in a ton? I love Willy but this girl just makes you feel like an annoyance and I am taking my flat stock steel brass and aluminum somewhere else. I always ask for Willy but she just wont let me talk to him...If you hate your job do something else. I am a most polite respectful gentleman always! The prices I just got are unacceptable. I left a one star review because of her only. I know they pay more but she would not tell me she just hints that at the time of delivery they "might" pay more..How about tell me what I have to do to get at least what everyone else is offering without the guessing game? That call was such a negative interaction for a place I regularly do business with I even explained that to her as I got my low ball prices. The junkyard blew her quotes away by far and the gentleman was happy to help me and informative and I start with my truck loads Monday am...cant wait..!
