I had a flat tire in the Six Flags parking lot on a Sunday afternoon. There were a couple of guys that tried to help while at the park with no resolution. I tried going through my insurance to get assistance, but they had me and my family, including my pregnant sister, out there waiting for over 6 hours on a tow truck. We were there so long that the park even closed before we got any resolution. We ended up calling around to different towing companies ourselves and Double J Towing & Transport was able to get to us within about 30 minutes. While I wish there would've been a closer tire location to tow my car to, I appreciate them for getting us the help we needed. I was also able to get everything reimbursed in the end as well, so thank you so much for your help!!

Shout to Double J Towing & Transport!!!! They are the best!!! After a terrible experience with AAA, and waiting two hours, I reached out to them. He was familiar with the area and knew exactly where I was. He came in less than 25 minutes. Immediately picked the car up and got it to the auto shop. He knew exactly where to go and didn't need any direction. I could not thank him enough! I greatly appreciate him!!!!! I will recommend Double J Towing & Transport in the future.
