Updated 11/13/25... I've had to use Swamp Trax a total of FOUR times for the vehicle pictured. (So far.) TOTAL PROS EVERY TIME!!! Can't recommend them enough.<br><br>Based on my total activity, I'm recommending that they start a "Frequent Transport" club or something.<br><br>Also, they cared enough to contact me when ANOTHER similar vehicle was being towed to see if I could help the owner with any recommendation based on my repair experience. I wish EVERY business would take a minute to do the same.<br><br>Quick, organized, and safe! Highly recommend. Attention to detail is second to none!!

My boyfriends mustang needed towed for a starter issue and after waiting 4 hours from the insurance company i was over it, i found SwampTrax towing and gave them a call. Now as a woman trying to get anything done with a car can be a less than joyful experience however from the second Nick answered the phone I knew I picked the right company. He asked if he could call me back as he was finishing up another call and he called me back before i could even set my phone down. The entire conversation was pleasant, he wasn’t condescending, he answered my questions and had a tow truck out in 15 minutes. It was the quickest and most pleasant experience I have ever had with a tow company. In person Nick was even nicer and helpful if that was even possible. I felt safe in his presence and he explained everything in detail. If I ever need a tow again I will only be calling Swamp Trax. Quick, kind, super reasonably priced. Thank you SO much Nick!! Truly a life and sanity saver!!

Nick was awesome! I called Swap Trax Towing when my car broke down and even though it was late night/early morning Nick picked up and was kind and came to get my car in like 30 minutes. I was originally waiting for another tow company that had me waiting 2 hours and never showed up! The whole experience with Swap Trax Towing was a breeze I’m so glad I called them! Would highly recommend 10 out of 10!
