I brought my 2020 Genesis G70 3.3 T automobile into Roswell Auto Center for a front brake job on December 14, 2025. The car was in mint condition with only 39,000 miles on it. On December 16, 2025 Carl called me and said that the car was involved in an incident while under his care. The technician who was repairing the brakes backed the car out of the bay and the pedal went to the floor. The result was my car sustained catastrophic damage. At first Carl assured me he would take of everything and the car would be returned to me in the same condition that I brought it in. He even gave me his personal cell number so I can always reach him and keep me updated. After Six weeks at Sun Valley Collision center, the car was declared a total loss. At that point Carl basically ghosted me. He ignored my texts and didn’t or wouldn’t answer my calls. When I went to see him in person he basically told me to deal with the insurance company. After fighting with the insurance for two months I was forced to take less money.than the car was worth. I purchased a used auto for more than the insurance gave. All I want is for Roswell Auto Center to make me whole. To this point they have refused to even discuss this with me. I would never and could never recommend Roswell Auto Center to anyone because of their terrible customer service and obvious poor workmanship. I brought in a beautiful functioning automobile to them and received a totaled vehicle back.

I was recommended to go here by a friend. I never going back again. My car wouldn't start and my check engine light was on. I towed it over to see what was wrong with it. I called them morning of to see if they had my car and was told my car was never there. End up having to call the towing company and somehow they found it. That should have been red flag one. They tell me that the only thing wrong with my car was my spark plug and engine flooding and I gave them the go ahead. When I go to pick up the car, my check engine light is still on and my car is stuttering when I press on the gas. I take it back immediately after paying and tell them something is still wrong with my car and they then proceed to tell me otherwise after checking it out again. When I get into my car the next time my engine light is now turned off by them. I take my car back and no even 24hrs later it won't start again. I take it to another mechanic and it turns out it was my entire timing system that was the issue, and if they would have checked the check engine light correctly it would have told them this fact. They took $400 from me and are now running me in circles to get a refund. When my I literally had to drop $4,000 to get it repaired and fixed by someone else. I do not recommend going to this place. They will take advantage of new customers. Never going back ever again. Update: It has been almost a month now since the work has been done and they keep stating they are waiting on the owner to do a refund. I haven't received my money back yet. They had the audacity to call and ask for a review on my service though. Still nothing.

I know that when I go there, they will give me honest feedback and only tell me what my car needs at an affordable price. I would recommend Roswell auto to my family and all of my friends.
