I was so impressed with Roswell Auto Center! My trusted mechanic moved into Atlanta so I needed a new local place, and a neighbor recommended Roswell Auto Center to me, and I am so grateful! I had a big job which I knew would need done: my timing belt and all the other maintenance which comes with hitting 100,000 mi with an Odyssey. I do most of my auto work myself, but with a big job like this I felt it was best to find a trusted shop. I loved their transparency and honesty. For instance, when you get a new water pump, they need to drain the engine coolant anyway, so I loved that they included it as part of the service instead of a separate line item-it seems more honest that way. I also loved their all-in pricing, without extra fees for using credit cards. I see why this shop has won so many awards over the years and has been around for as long as they have! And as a side note, I love that they talk to me about it like a human versus a woman...which unfortunately is not always my experience as the person in my household who does 100% of the car maintenance (whether I do it myself or bring it somewhere.) I will definitely use them again!
