I had an excellent experience with Boca Auto Service from start to finish. I dropped my vehicle off for the day, and the team worked on it throughout that time. From the initial interaction to the completion of the service, everything was handled with a high level of professionalism and care.<br><br>Mike, the service manager, was extremely professional, courteous, and patient. Even though I was not present while the work was being performed, he maintained clear and consistent communication, keeping me informed and taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. His transparency and professionalism made the entire process smooth and reassuring.<br><br>Ivan, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, demonstrated strong technical expertise and attention to detail. It was evident that the work was performed carefully and competently, and my vehicle was treated with respect.<br><br>Overall, I am truly thankful for the outstanding service provided by both Mike and Ivan. The service I received for my 2012 Beemer at Boca Auto was excellent! Even though I only got an oil change, they took care to check my car for any problems. They made sure all my fluids were at appropriate levels and checked my tires, brakes and various other car components. They went above and beyond to give my car a clean bill of health. And their price saved me so much as opposed to the BMW dealer. I will definitely use them again whenever my car needs any type of service.

Absolutely BLOWN away!<br><br>A few weeks ago my car started making a strange noise and there was a foul smell under the hood. We had never been here but it was close and the reviews were great, so I took my car in and immediately Mike told my husband and me that a lizard had crawled up into the engine and died. He said we simply needed an engine detail, which they don't do, and sent us on our way without charging us a penny. He was right! Problem was solved with a $50 engine detail.<br><br>Fast forward a week, and completely unrelated, the battery of our car died. Of course we went back to Mike - he got to us the same day with no appointment, replaced the battery, and helped us with an additional issue. He was honest and everything was completely transparent from start to finish. Mike is professional, thorough, and honestly a pleasure to interact with! I will recommend him to every single person I know. Hopefully we won't need to go back, but if we do, I will feel good about it and trust him 100 percent.<br><br>Just a fantastic example of both quality work and top notch customer service, which is especially hard to come by these days.
